Our Team creates products in collaboration with a “Girlie Design Team”, consisting of girls from the age of 9 up to 13 years. Consequently, we are always aware of what girls really want! 2. Products

a) Do ordered items look exactly as pictured?

The Fashion-Dolls may not be styled as pictured and may not look identical as shown on the website, given the fact that they are all hand finished.

b) How does I’M A GIRLY ensure that products are safe for children?

All our products respect the most rigorous quality and safety standards in the toy industry; all of them meet the test requirements such as SQTS, Intertek or Eurofins. Our Fashion-Dolls are not suitable for children under the age of 3 years and this indication is also mentioned with a graphic warning symbol on the packaging. The reading material contained in the box is suitable for children of the age of 8 years and older.

c) What is the size of the I’M A GIRLY Fashion-Dolls?
All I’M A GIRLY Fashion-Dolls are 47 cm tall. d) What material are the I’M A GIRLY Fashion-Dolls made out of?

All I’M A GIRLY hard body dolls are made out of 100% Vinyl.

e) How can I clean the Fashion-Dolls, Hairstyles and the clothes?

Please read the user manual, which is included in the package, for further information about cleaning the Fashion-Dolls, Hairstyles and the clothes. You may also download the manual here.

3. Your account a) How can I get a new password?

On the login page, click on «Forgot your password» link. You will be asked to enter your email address and you should receive a new password by email within a few minutes. If you didn’t receive an email, please check your spam folder or contact us directly at info@imagirly.com

b) What happens if I can’t log in with my Facebook or Google account?

If you forgot your password, we kindly ask you to contact the appropriate company.

c) How can I change my client account?

You can change your account information by logging out of your account and afterwards clicking on the Login button again in order to open a new session.  

d) How can I subscribe or unsubscribe to the newsletter?

You can unsubscribe directly from the newsletter received per email.

4. Orders a) Is it safe to order via the I’M A GIRLY website?

We take the utmost care of the information that you provide us with, when placing an order via our website. For security reasons, we use the industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to prevent that any private information is being intercepted. Thanks to Verisign Secure Server ID, we can conduct secure transactions and protect your credit card numbers as well as your personal data. Therefore, we would like to point out that our website does use cookies.

b) Can I order as a guest?

Yes. You can place an online order without having an account with us. Here are a few advantages for creating an account with us: check your past orders and benefit from our loyalty programs. 

c) Can I send an order via email?
Domestic orders can be sent via email to order@imagirly.com. Please send us the following information: precise article number, article description, quantity and the corresponding size for any children outfits. We also kindly ask you to provide us with an address for billing and delivery as well as a phone number in order to contact you if needed.

d) How do I know that I’M A GIRLY received my online order?
You will receive a detailed confirmation email right after submitting your order. If you don’t receive an email, we kindly ask you to check your spam mailbox. In case you haven’t received anything, please contact us via contact form.

e) How can I check the current status of my order?

For any questions relating to the current status of your order, we kindly ask you to send us a request via our contact form.

f) How do I change or delete a confirmed order?

Once an order is confirmed, it goes directly to the delivery service. Nonetheless, any order may be returned in its original packaging within 30 business days of receipt.

g) What is the VAT rate in Switzerland?

Toys and fabrics are subject to 8% VAT in Switzerland. Our prices do include VAT.

5. Special offers a) Are there discounts or any special offers on I’M A GIRLY products?

The members of our loyalty program will be personally informed about benefits and special offers. Please subscribe to our newsletter and we will keep you informed about your possible advantages.

6. Payment methods

a) What forms of payment do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, PostFinance Card, PostFinance E-Finance, TWINT and PayPal.

7. Delivery & shipping costs in Switzerland

a) What are your shipping deadlines and options?

b) Can I pick up my parcel?

It is not possible to personally pick up your order. All orders are exclusively delivered by postal service.

c) How will my parcel be delivered?

All orders are delivered by postal service.

d) Is the parcel labelled with I’M A GIRLY?

For safety and legal reasons, our company name appears on our shipping boxes. Please keep this in mind when selecting your shipping destination.

e) What are the shipping prices?

The standard shipping rate in Switzerland is CHF 9.00. We offer free delivery charges for all orders exceeding CHF 170.00.

8. Delivery & shipping costs outside Switzerland

a) Do you ship internationally and what is the delivery time?
We are able to ship internationally. For further information please send an email to order@imagirly.com

b) How will my parcel be delivered?

All orders are delivered by postal service.

c) What are the shipping prices and custom taxes?

For international orders and deliveries, we kindly ask you to email us at order@imagirly.com. Shipping and custom fees may apply and may vary by country.

9. Warranty and returns policy

a) Is there any warranty on the I’M A GIRLY products?
We grant a warranty for a period of two years from the purchase date of the product.

This allows you to receive an impeccable I’M A GIRLY product. Your order confirmation is the warranty certificate. For questions, please contact our I’M A GIRLY support team. We’re always at your disposal.
Please note that damage caused by colouring or pulling hair or body parts is not covered by the warranty. The care and cleaning instructions will help you preserve the quality of the doll.

b) In case the items are defective, can I return them?
All items have to be inspected for accuracy and completeness upon receipt. Complaints about delivery, material defects, wrong deliveries and quantity variances, shall immediately be communicated to I’M A GIRLY support team after the receipt of the items.

Any return or repair requests shall be sent via the I’M A GIRLY contact form. Your request will be immediately assessed by our team. Once your claim has been approved, we will send you a replacement – if still in stock – without an additional cost. Should the product be out of stock, the full amount including delivery costs will be refunded to you. Please immediately return the defective product in the original packaging to the following address: Finfin AG, Aemtlerstrasse 96A, 8003 Zurich.

c) How should I return the I’M A GIRLY products?
We kindly ask you to send it by postal service. Which delivery service company (Post, DPD, etc.) you wish to use ist up to you. Shipment costs for the return of the products shall be at the expense and risk of the customer. Please return the product in its original packaging to the following address: Finfin AG, Aemtlerstrasse 96A, 8003 Zurich.

10. Gift cards

a) How do I purchase a gift card?

You can order a gift card in just a few clicks! Gift cards can be found in the section Shop/Gift cards. Once ordered, please print the purchased gift card. Please note that we do not deliver any physical gift cards. 

b) Can I order a gift card via email?

Gift card orders can only be ordered through the online shop. We do not accept any gift card orders via email.

c) Where are I’M A GIRLY gift cards accepted?

I’M A GIRLY gift cards may only be redeemed in the I’M A GIRLY Online-Shop and are not accepted by any other third party retailers.

d) How do I redeem a gift card in the I’M A GIRLY Online-Shop?

Check our website to find the items you wish to purchase and add them to your shopping bag. On the shopping bag page, click “Checkout”. Select Payment Method and choose Gift Card. Enter the gift card number and click Apply. If the balance available on your gift card is less than the total cost of your order, you will be asked to provide an additional method of payment.

e) What happens with to the remaining balance of the gift voucher?

Unused balance remains available to you. You will receive a new coupon code with the current amount via e-mail, if there is still a remaining balance available.

11. Wrapped Gift shipping a) Can I add a personal greeting card to the order?

Yes. You can add a greeting card during the check out process and include a personal message.

b) Can I have my I’M A GIRLY items wrapped and sent as a gift?
Yes. To gift wrap an item, tick the «Add Gift Wrap» button under delivery address section. You can also change the recipient address to your own one - if you wish to deliver it personally. Gift wrapping will cost an additional CHF 14.00 per piece.

c) Can I send several I’M A GIRLY wrapped gifts to various recipients?

Yes, this is possible.  However, please note that for every recipient a new order indicating the corresponding delivery address must be placed.
